Mike White love to write when he was in second grade. And one of his teachers was the mother of the most popular writer Sam Shepard. White decided to become a screenwriter.
After a long time spent at the university, he met Zak Penn (screenwriter). When he found that white is very talented in screenwriting he invited him to Los Angeles. After moving to Los Angeles White became more passionate about is writing and started his struggle.
Mike White starts his career with the black comedy Dead Man on Campus which earns fewer positive reviews. In 1998 he writes a screenplay to produce the comedy-drama series “Dawson’s Creek (1998)” which have 6 seasons it earn lots of positive reviews from starting.
